Description

Remeron  also known via the brand names like Avanza,Mirtaz,Mirtazon,Remeron, axit,Zispin etc is a noradrenergic very specific serotonergic anti depressant. It was fiurst produced by Organon in the US around 1996 and mirtazipine is used mostly as a help for depression, but also used as an appetite-stimulant ,anxiolytic,hypnotic,and of course as a antiemetic.  It is indeed wellknown and especially known as a tetracyclic antidepressant as its the 6 Aza analogue of mianserin.: also it works as a aracemic ,mainly occuring as a combo of R and S stereoisomers indeed.
